RESCU staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide support for all students and families. There is a strict confidentiality policy in place.

A Parent Support Group exists for the parents to learn more about the process of helping their children, themselves, and their families. Support comes from the staff as well as discussions from other families. Family support sessions are available to all families, and they are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity.

Sibling Support Groups are provided to assist the siblings understand the changes the students are going through, and to understand how they have been affected by the enrolled student and what changes they can expect.

RESCU families also participate in a number of extra-curricular activities such as field trips and fundraising.
