The school is subject to and complies with the diversity and equal opportunity policies of RESCU Academy. To ensure diversity within the programmatic goals and objectives of RESCU Academy, the following policy has been adopted: (a) RESCU Academy will continually strive to achieve a diverse enrollment of students and families. (b) RESCU Academy will strive to maintain diversity on all committees: ongoing accreditation Western Association of schools and colleges (WASC), Interdisciplinary Team (IT), School Leadership Team (SLT), and the Community Advisory Board (CAB). (c) RESCU Academy will undertake a strategic and systematic approach to involving individuals from diverse racial/ethnic groups, ages, abilities, geographic regions and interests by supporting opportunities for community engagement throughout RESCU Academyplanning processes, development and outreach. (d) RESCU Academy will continue to monitor the level or diversity on all RESCU Academy committees, subcommittees, and advisory groups. RESCU Academy will communicate its diversity policy to the public by posting the policy on the RESCU Academy website and by publicizing the policy in advance of committee elections.
